Head of Accounting Section

Job scope

• responsibility for monthly closures in accordance with the plan, including communication with other departments
• leading and coordinating your team - reviewing, supporting and appraising them
• preparation of financial statements and reports for management, accounting review and analysis
• reviewing and managing balances and open items in assigned analytical accounts
• preparation and review of documents for auditors (external, internal)
• discovering improvement in profitability through analysis of accounts
• improving risk factors through overall revenue/expense analysis
• management of company assets
• cooperation within the close management of the Finance division

Requirements

• university degree in economics
• experience in Business management
• understanding Czech accounting standards and IFRS
• experience in team management
• English and Czech at a communicative level (daily use)
• good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• knowledge of SAP a great advantage
• be an independent, communicative, proactive person who is able to make quick decisions
• analytical skills, ability to forecast
• driving license sk. B, active driver
