Die maintenance operator

What to expect

• maintenance and repair of pressing molds and improving quality
• production of simple parts related to the operation of pressing molds
• basic machining of metals and plastics on conventional machines (lathe, milling machine)
• record keeping and securing of spare parts and inventory control
• working with a crane

What you need

• secondary technical education in mechanical engineering
• knowledge of measurement using basic measuring tools
• experience working with hand tools in metalworking
• willingness to work in a 12-hour shift system
• technical certifications are advantage (crane operator, slinger, welder)
• driving licence B
