What to expect
- handling cost-effective repairs of operational issues (e.g., electrical installations, doors, damaged walls, gates, and other repairs)
- overseeing completed inspections and managing the required documentation
- communicating and collaborating with suppliers, supervising contracted work
- asset inventory, managing summer and winter maintenance, and setting up processes for long-term building management
- responsibility for tenders and contract administration
- participation in projects focused on sustainability and CO₂ reduction
- regular reporting
- opportunity to actively contribute to setting standards and developing facility management
What You Need
- secondary or university education in a technical field
- experience in facility management is an advantage
- certification for working with electrical equipment (min. §6 according to NV 194/2022 Sb.)
- knowledge of Electronic Fire Alarm System, Stationary Fire Extinguishing System, HVAC, and MaR systems
- communicative level of English and Czech language
- category B driving license
- ability to learn new things, seek cost-saving opportunities, and actively improve processes
- proactive approach, independence, and a constant drive to find more efficient solutions
