What to expect

  • handling cost-effective repairs of operational issues (e.g., electrical installations, doors, damaged walls, gates, and other repairs)
  • overseeing completed inspections and managing the required documentation
  • communicating and collaborating with suppliers, supervising contracted work
  • asset inventory, managing summer and winter maintenance, and setting up processes for long-term building management
  • responsibility for tenders and contract administration
  • participation in projects focused on sustainability and CO₂ reduction
  • regular reporting
  • opportunity to actively contribute to setting standards and developing facility management

What You Need

  • secondary or university education in a technical field
  • experience in facility management is an advantage
  • certification for working with electrical equipment (min. §6 according to NV 194/2022 Sb.)
  • knowledge of Electronic Fire Alarm System, Stationary Fire Extinguishing System, HVAC, and MaR systems
  • communicative level of English and Czech language
  • category B driving license
  • ability to learn new things, seek cost-saving opportunities, and actively improve processes
  • proactive approach, independence, and a constant drive to find more efficient solutions
