Founded in 2023, the company has already scaled to 40+ engineers and is growing rapidly.

💻 What will you work on

  • Designing, building, and shipping production features across the Elixir/Phoenix stack.
  • Writing clean, well-tested code and reviewing peers’ work.
  • Collaborating on architecture, reliability, and performance.
  • Using AI tools daily to speed up exploration, coding, and QA.
  • Documenting decisions and communicating in an async-friendly way.

🛠 What we expect from you

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proven track record of shipping and maintaining production systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and pragmatic product sense.
  • Clear and respectful communication, written and spoken.
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating across time zones.

💡 Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Elixir/Phoenix LiveView in production.
  • Postgres performance tuning and observability.
  • Familiarity with infra (GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid practices in security, reliability, and testing.
