We’re seeking a motivated IT Support Helpdesk Specialist to join our team and help us ensure a seamless user experience for our internal customers and colleagues. We’re looking for someone dynamic and proactive, who enjoys improving how things work. This role is not just about resolving tickets, but also about finding smarter, more efficient ways to support our internal customers and colleagues and continuously improve IT processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal customers, troubleshooting and resolving IT/tech-related issues
  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues, monitoring systems to ensure that they are running efficiently and identify and resolve any issues
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets via email, phone, or slack, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Assist customers with product setup, configuration, installation and general IT queries related to our cybersecurity solutions
  • Performing regular maintenance on systems, including updates and backups
  • Management of the user accounts and permissions
  • Maintaining and update of the documentation of IT systems and procedures
  • Administration of cloud services
  • Performing security audits, ensure compliance with company policies
  • Work closely with our development and operations teams to provide feedback on recurring issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal clients, our colleagues to identify areas for improvement in processes and solutions

       

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an IT support/helpdesk role, preferably in a technical environment
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to look for ways to make everyday IT support more efficient.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve IT issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for providing outstanding service
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

 

Nice to have

  • Experience working with cybersecurity or telecommunications products
  • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate tasks or solve repetitive problems
  • Familiarity with Linux systems and basic system administration
  • Experience working with Google Workspace (user management, permissions, Gmail, Drive, admin settings)
