What to expect

  • gradual involvement in payroll processing for approximately 500 employees in a production environment, including handling the monthly payroll agenda
  • electronic processing of the annual tax reconciliation and related communication with employees
  • payroll deduction agenda (garnishments, insolvency) – calculations, communication with enforcement officers and insolvency administrators
  • cooperation with institutions (courts, the Police of the Czech Republic, the Social Security Administration)
  • processing of sickness insurance benefits (care leave, paternity leave, sickness benefits, etc.)
  • work in MS Office and SAP – advantage if you already have experience
  • opportunity to actively participate in the planned transition to a higher SAP version

What You need

  • secondary or university education, ideally in economics
  • experience in payroll or accounting
  • good knowledge of payroll legislation
  • accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills
  • knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • communicative level of English
  • knowledge of SAP is an advantage
